TUF. Look at independent reviews, the TUF runs significantly cooler than any other model. Honestly unless you plan to overclock, the TUF is the most cost effective choice where price/performance sits sweetly. The EVGA has a higher power limit allowing more overclocking headroom but if you don't need that, absolutely go for the TUF.
The 3080 FTW3 Ultra ticks all the boxes in terms of cooling and looks. While the 3080 Ti, despite being an XC3, is the more powerful of the two. Forget the hybrid kit, just undervolt the FTW3 and you’ll see 7C less temps under load and 60-80 watts less power consumption with zero drop in performance. I’m running it 0.900V at 1905Mhz. I found out that updating the firmware in precision X1 was what caused the fan issues on the FTW3 bios. So I'm just using MSI afterburner now and it's working perfectly. Evga, because I have a good experience with the evga 1080 sc2 and its been one hell of a positive rollercoaster with this card. Heavily under locked the card and temps never go above 59 degrees with performance still high and playable at 144hz with my Asus 29 inch monitor. I'd definitely buy evga again.
